Fulfillment & Refund Policy

At OPERACK, we provide specialized IT services with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and client satisfaction. This page outlines our fulfillment process, cancellation terms, and refund policies so that you know exactly what to expect when working with us.

Service Fulfillment

Once an agreement is made and any initial payment terms are met, we begin project onboarding. This includes:

  • Reviewing your requirements
  • Assigning a dedicated project manager or lead developer
  • Defining deliverables, timelines, and communication channels

We use a milestone-based approach for most of our services (like development, sysadmin work, or deployments). You’ll be informed of progress at every key stage and can track updates through our client portal or scheduled check-ins.

For ongoing services (like server management or AWS optimization), you’ll receive regular performance reports and proactive communication about any critical updates or changes.

Turnaround Times

Project timelines vary based on complexity and scope. We commit to:

  • Transparent scheduling
  • Realistic delivery dates
  • Prompt communication if timelines shift due to unforeseen technical issues or additional requirements

We will never overpromise — instead, we aim to exceed expectations through consistent delivery and quality work.

Cancellations

We understand that priorities can change. If you need to cancel a service:

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing via email
  • If a project has not started, a full refund may be issued
  • If work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the work completed
  • Monthly/retainer services require a 30-day notice for cancellation

Please refer to your signed service agreement for specific cancellation terms.

Refunds

Due to the customized and technical nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, let us know within 7 days of receiving it
  • We’ll review the issue and either revise the deliverable or offer a partial refund, if appropriate
  • No refunds will be provided for completed and approved work

We strive to build long-term relationships with our clients, and resolving concerns quickly is a priority for us.

Exceptions

Refunds and cancellations do not apply to:

  • Domain name registrations
  • SSL certificates
  • Third-party software or licenses purchased on your behalf
  • Emergency or rush work that has already been completed
