01 Who we are
This site and the products linked from it (dkim.pro, req.is, Rediray and BOABE) are operated by SC OPERACK SYSTEMS SRL ("OPERACK", "we", "us"), a company registered in Romania. For anything in this policy, contact us at hello@operack.com. We act as the data controller for personal data described here, except where a specific product agreement says otherwise.
02 What we collect
We aim to collect as little as possible. Depending on how you interact with us, that may include:
- Contact details you send us — name, email, company and the content of your message — when you use the contact form or email us.
- Basic technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited — collected by our hosting and privacy-respecting analytics to keep the site running and understand usage in aggregate.
- Product data — for our SaaS products, the data you provide to operate that product, as described in each product's own terms.
We do not knowingly collect data from children, and our marketing site is not directed at them.
03 How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement.
- To operate, secure and improve this website and our products.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations in Romania and the EU.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
04 Legal basis
Under the GDPR, we rely on: your consent (where you contact us or opt in); the performance of a contract (delivering work you've engaged us for); our legitimate interests (running and securing our site and business); and legal obligation (accounting, tax and compliance).
05 Sharing & processors
We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate — for example hosting, email and analytics — under agreements that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions. Where data is processed outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We may also disclose data where required by law.
06 Retention
We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise them. Data tied to a contract is kept for the duration of the engagement and any legally required period after it. Product data retention is described in each product's terms.
07 Your rights
If you're in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@operack.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) or your local supervisory authority.

This marketing site uses only essential cookies and privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics — no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our products may use additional cookies necessary to keep you signed in and secure, as described in their own notices. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
09 Security
Security is our day job. We apply least-privilege access, encryption in transit, regular patching and monitoring across our systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat protecting your data with the same rigour we bring to client infrastructure.
