Terms of Use

These terms cover using this website. The specifics of any paid engagement or product are set out in a separate agreement — this is the general baseline.

Last updated: 5 July 2026 · SC OPERACK SYSTEMS SRL, Romania

01 Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms are between you and SC OPERACK SYSTEMS SRL ("OPERACK", "we", "us"), a company registered in Brașov, Romania (VAT ID RO46306360 · Trade Register J08/310/2022).

02 Use of the site

You may browse and reference this site for your own information. You agree not to misuse it — no attempts to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, no scraping that degrades service, and no use that breaks applicable law.

03 Intellectual property

The content, design, code and marks on this site are owned by OPERACK or used with permission, and are protected by law. You may quote or link to us with attribution, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse substantial parts of the site without our written consent. "OPERACK", "dkim.pro", "req.is", "Rediray" and "BOABE" are our product and business names.

04 Products & services

Our products (dkim.pro, req.is, Rediray and BOABE) are governed by their own terms and, where applicable, service-level commitments presented at sign-up. Product availability, features and status (live, beta, in development) may change. This website is informational and does not by itself create any service obligation.

05 Engagements

Any consulting or development engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, price, timelines and responsibilities. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer, quote or contract. A project begins only when both sides have agreed that separate document.

06 Service fulfillment

Once we've agreed terms and any initial payment is met, we begin onboarding. That means reviewing your requirements, assigning a dedicated lead engineer or project manager, and defining deliverables, timelines and communication channels.

Most work runs on a milestone-based approach — development, sysadmin work or deployments — so you're informed of progress at every key stage through scheduled check-ins or a client portal. For ongoing services such as server management or cloud optimisation, you'll receive regular performance reports and proactive notice of any critical updates or changes.

07 Turnaround times

Project timelines vary with complexity and scope. We commit to transparent scheduling, realistic delivery dates, and prompt communication if a timeline shifts due to unforeseen technical issues or additional requirements. We'll never overpromise — we'd rather exceed expectations through consistent delivery and quality work.

08 Cancellations

Priorities change, and we get that. If you need to cancel a service:

Please refer to your signed service agreement for the specific cancellation terms that apply to your engagement.

09 Refunds

Because our services are customised and technical, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We aim to build long-term relationships with our clients, and resolving concerns quickly is a priority for us.

10 Refund exceptions

Refunds and cancellations do not apply to:

11 Pro bono work

Pro bono support is offered at our discretion and subject to our available capacity. Describing it here is not a commitment to take on any particular cause. Where we do agree to pro bono work, we'll set out the scope in writing just as we would for paid work.

12 No warranty

This website is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and online, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the information is complete and current at all times. Warranties for our products and services are set out in their respective agreements.

13 Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OPERACK is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Romanian or EU law. Liability under any engagement or product is governed by that specific agreement.

This site links to external sites, including our own product domains and third-party services. We're not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't control; visiting them is at your own discretion and subject to their terms.

15 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives at this page with its "last updated" date. Questions? hello@operack.com.
